 Candidates are usually identified using traditional executive search (headhunting) techniques. However, when appropriate we will advertise vacancies or use a combination of methods. Permanent and interim assignments are undertaken both in the UK and overseas.

 We have experience of recruiting in a wide range of disciplines: senior management and board appointments, trading, commercial, financial, legal, administrative, manufacturing, technical ,R&D etc; Head hunting can also be used for critical appointments at middle management levels, when for example, advertising has failed to produce qualified candidates.
