Recruitment Assignments

 Industry/sector experience embraces: international commodity trading and distribution, oil, gas, energy, metals & engineering, banking and finance, trade associations and the professions.

 Candidates are usually identified using traditional executive search (headhunting) techniques. However, when appropriate we will advertise vacancies or use a combination of methods. Permanent and interim assignments are undertaken both in the UK and overseas.

 We have experience of recruiting in a wide range of disciplines: commercial and trading; financial, administrative and technical; senior management and board appointments. We frequently build teams or identify and introduce businesses as 'friendly' acquisition targets.

 Comprehensive Assignment Briefs are produced for client approval at the outset of each recruitment assignment. ( Examples of Assignment Briefs ) Fees are negotiated and fixed before work begins.

 Full interview reports are provided on short-listed candidates. We will arrange interviews and liaise with candidates throughout the process. As required, we will take up references and check qualifications.

 Full support is provided during the offer process and throughout engagement and contract negotiations.

 Confidentiality : we frequently undertake recruitment which involves a high degree of confidentiality. If required, we can 'sound out' potential candidates on their willingness to consider a move before formally introducing a concrete opportunity.

 International : many of our clients are headquartered outside the UK or Europe. The majority of our searches are undertaken on a global basis and are managed from our offices in the UK and Switzerland.
