Peter Nielsen, specialising in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, metals, banking and finance

After qualifying as mechanical engineer, Peter became an HR specialist as Divisional Personnel Manager in the Delta Metal Group and subsequently, Group Personnel Director of ARA Services, a leading international service provider to manufacturing industry and North Sea oil producers. He successfully lead the employers' national negotiations with the NUS and TGWU which in 1979 threatened to stop production of North Sea oil. After 1980 he worked in Executive Search with MDK and Grosvenor International specialising in pharmaceutical, aerospace, metals, banking and finance sectors, until forming C N Consultancy in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
