Gary Fisher, specialising in international HR consultancy

Gary has over 25 years experience in HR management.

Founded on operational HR he has developed expertise in change management; mergers, acquisitions and disposals; and organisation development.

His background includes a highly successful long-term career at Racal Electronics as HR Director which culminated in leading the HR team responsible for the integration with Thomson-CSF, focusing on HR management processes, variable pay and international mobility. He has also undertaken critical issue projects at Bechtel and Marconi.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors, and his qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
